Directly lobby and provide day-to-day representation before the Tennessee General Assembly and state and local government, agencies, commissions, and boards.

Monitor, track, and provide timely analysis of all relevant legislation or industry movements.

Advise on regulatory and legislative issues that arise.

Draft legislation and/or amendments to legislation.

Prepare and deliver testimony before state legislative committees and regulatory agencies.

Provide advice regarding how to best deploy PAC dollars and manage PACs as needed.
